Balsamic dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive or macadamia nut oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Tahini

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

S & P

Optional: Grated fresh ginger and or finely sliced garlic and or lemon juice

Directions

Put all ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine.

I often double the recipe and keep in in a jar in the fridge and add a little bit of water to thin it out when I use it again.
