Greens with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons tahini

1 Tablespoon wholegrain mustard

1 Tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

1 teaspoon honey

A small amount of water to mix to desired consistency.  I like it thick but add enough water to be able to pour it from a jug.

Directions

Mix the ingredients together in a jug and pour over lightly steamed greens. Great with leeks, broccoli, chard, kale, spinach, brocollini.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

This recipe is out of my Mum’s kitchen and was a game changer for adding more greens into our family meals.  The sauce is so tasty and easy.  Perfect on all greens.
