Cacao Mousse

Ingredients

In a jar place

1/2 cup of coconut cream

1 cup milk of your choice

3 tablespoons cacao powder

1/3 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

Shake in a jar and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours for the chia seeds to do their thing

Lovely served with a sprinkling of cacao nibs or fresh seasonal fruit.
