Homemade Mayo

Ingredients

1 whole egg
1 tspn mustard (I use wholegrain)
2 tspn apple cider vinegar
1 tspn coconut sugar of honey
Salt to taste

1 cup oil - I use avocado, macadamia or olive (sometimes I do a mix)

Directions

In a blender or a food processor add egg, mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt.  Slowly add oil until it emulsifies (like magic everytime) 

Happy mayo making- keeps in the fridge in a sealed container for about a week or two
