Wholefoods Hummus

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chickpeas 

3 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons organic tahini

1 teaspoon paprika

1 clove organic garlic peeled

½ cup organic olive oil / avocado oil or macadamia nut oil – add more if needed

Large squeeze of organic lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth - adding more oil if needed. 

Keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week
