Parsnip Puree

Ingredients

4 large parsnips peeled and cut into chunks

1 Cup of milk or vege/chicken stock (it depends how creamy you want the puree)

1 clove of garlic

Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat milk/stock with garlic, salt and pepper and cook parsnips until soft.  Transfer parnips and either a small amount of the cooking milk/water or some cream into a blender.  Pulse until smooth adding more liquid until desired creaminess.
