Wholefood Ice-cream

Ingredients

2 bananas - peeled, sliced and frozen for at least 24 hours

1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 Tablespoon acai powder (optional) 

1/8 cup milk of your choice - I chose coconut 

Directions

In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.   Add milk more milk if it is too thick.

If not using a high speed blender of a high quality food processor leave the bananas and berries for a few minutes to soften before blending.  

Enjoy in cones or in a bowl with grain free granola as a topping
